Established in 1997, Cedele has maintained its presence in the F&B industry for the past 20 years. Privately owned, Cedele was founded by Yeap Cheng Guat, whose passion for cooking and baking has spurred her to pioneer a fast- casual dining concept packed with the goodness of wholesome and authentic flavours. With an artisanal bakery as its core, there are now more than 33 Cedele outlets in Singapore comprising of bakery cafes, fast casual eateries, as well as full service restaurants.

This means none of the artificial stuff, but only natural and unrefined ingredients. Our artisans then passionately handcraft and preserve the traditions of slow food cooking methods to yield authentic flavours.

The brand has strong presence particularly in the central business districts, key shopping areas and selected suburban districts in Singapore. In 2013, Cedele brought its food philosophy over the shores toHong Kong. Since then, Cedele has launched 5 of its stores in Hong Kong.
