Natalie Lung is the Program Manager of Food Technology Accelerator Program at Brinc, a global venture accelerator. With previous experience working in the financial industry, Natalie supports food tech startups that are creating innovative products and using technology to make the food supply chain more sustainable.
Brinc’s Food Tech portfolio comprises ten companies to date, and aims to grow with a focus on the following verticals: plant-based meats, cultured meats & cellag, alternate proteins, smart cooking equipment and sustainable & functional foods.
