David Lai is one of Hong Kong’s brightest culinary stars. Beginning his career on the West Coast of the United States, Chef Lai moved back to Hong Kong to help to open Alain Ducasse’s SPOON at the InterContinental. Since then, he’s opened a string of restaurant including Bistronomique, Kushiyaki Beco, On Lot 10, Fish School and Neighborhood.
Neighborhood has also earned a coveted spot on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
