Elaine is the Managing Director, Asia Pacific at The Good Food Institute (GFI). GFI works with scientists, policymakers, corporates, investors, and entrepreneurs to accelerate growth of the plant-based and cell-based protein alternatives industries. Its operation has expanded from the US to Brazil, Israel, and India, and Elaine is currently establishing GFI’s work in the Asia Pacific region.
Elaine is a lawyer-turned-social-entrepreneur with over 10 years experience in corporate and finance law, from IPO and M&A to structured products and investment funds.
